Blogspot is no longer my friend...
So I have tried to edit my last post about 100x, but every time I do it times out, or the "page can't be viewed" or there is an error. So I guess I am wondering if anyone else has TONS of problems with blogspot or if it is a person problem between my computer and the site. All I know is I never get updated because everytime I try and put a ton of time into a post it doesn't work out, then I want to throw my computer accross the room, so I give up! BLAH! So I am going to try one last time to post the rest of my pics from December....if it doesn't work in this new post, then I QUIT!

Goodbye 2009....
Well 2009 has officially come to an end. I am super excited for 2010, it is the year that I graduate and become a nurse!! This is such a huge milestone for me. Granted this doesn't happen until December, but I am still excited. I also hope to be pregnant by the end of the year, which is another really exciting thing to look forward to. I can't wait to see Aspen with a sibling..or two, haha. Christmas was really magical for us this year. Aspen made it so much fun. It was really fun to get lost in the magic of all of it this year with her, she definatly brought the spirit of Christmas alive for us. She was so fun to watch. I will post a few pics to show you what has kept us busy through the end of 2009. Happy New Year everyone!!

Aspen helped me bake lots of goodies this holiday season. We made homemade cinnamon roles too many times to count, also lots of cookies and brownies for neighbobrs, some of patients and family. It was one of my favorite parts of this holiday season.

This year Justin had the opportunity to spend a lot of quality time with his brother and dad, which meant so much to him. Too often we get caught up in the day to day tasks of our lives and we forget to make time for the relationships that matter the most to us. It was nice to spend time nurturing those relationships over the holiday season.

Our Christmas tree started out really beautiful this year. It was all green and silver and I personally spent a lot of time making it look really pretty. However, our dog, Porter didn't love the tree, especially when left home alone with it. He spent countless hours destroying the countless hours I had put into the tree. We have been at war a lot of this holiday season, haha. So the only pictures I have of the tree are after half the decorations had been eaten off by the dog and the other half had all been moved up to the top of the tree so that they wouldn't also be eaten...I swear the tree really looked good at one point in time, haha.

This is what Santa left for Aspen. She wanted a gumball machine so bad!! That and a "bouncy ball w/a handle on it" (which is a hippity hop for those of you that dont know). She was thrilled when she walked down the stairs and saw what Santa had brought her. When I woke her up on Christmas morning she said, "Mom, can I open my presents today?" (She asked me this almost every morning in December, haha) I told her yes and she said, "I DONT BELIVE IT, I JUST DONT BELIVE IT!!!" It was SOOOO cute!
