Easter Egg Hunt

The day before Easter we took Aspen to the Easter egg hunt at Friendship Park. We were shocked when we got there ten minutes before the hunt started that we had to park about 10 blocks away and literally job to the park to get there before we missed it. We were totally in awe at the amount of people there. This is our first egg hunt, haha, so we had no idea it was such a big thing! Aspen absolutly loved it. It was so much fun to watch her and the hundreds of other little kids race out onto the lawn and grab all the eggs. It literally was over in about 60 seconds! After she found all the eggs she could, she just took off running accross the park. I asked her what she was doing and she said she was gonna find more eggs. She ran all the way accross the whole length of the park thinking that she would find just one more if she kept running, haha. It was so much fun!
